VIOKO opened its doors in Barcelona in the middle of 2010 to delightfully surprise our customers with a top-quality, innovative concept for an ice cream and chocolate shop.

From its inception, VIOKO was meant to be franchisable model with a name that translates into many languages, with its attractive and distinct concept, a modern and cosmopolitan image and a unique selection of products.


This exclusive and sophisticated gastronomic offer, created and supervises by ours pastry chefs, has teamed up with design professionals to develop the brand, packaging and interior design of the shop to achieve the VIOKO EXPERIENCE that hundreds of customers enjoy every day.

Signing a contract for a franchise allows independent entrepreneurs to start-up and run a business whose model has already been successfully tested.
